According to the posting I read in the internet. I learn that your company is looking for
Purchasing staff. It sounds personally interesting to me and I really want to apply for this position.
I graduated from Hoa Binh Teacher Training Colleges with major of English Business and
Tourism. I have experience in Business at Marketing & Customers care department. I also have more than 03 years experiences in Purchasing Division as Senior Buyer at Canon Vietnam Company.Now I work as a project leader in Katolec’s Purchasing section. I am really confident that I’m a value candidate for this position.
My current duties is controlling all purchsing process to ensure cargo on time, no delay or no early shipment. Negotiate with maker, trader for delivery, cost, quality…etc. I have following all division activity : cost reduction, reduce standard packing, quality monthly improvement, understanding supplier process deeply..ect. I also have to support staff according if there is any trouble issue. I also have good communication with another department if any trouble happen: shipment delay due to wheather or traffic jam,long holiday…ect, need to adjust production plan, payment explaination…ect. In addtion, this job give me the chance to work in overseas environment where I could learn a lot from there: serious working manner, hard-working attitude,management skill…etc.
Morever, I have speaking and listening English skill relatively, fluently in writing as well as use computer program efficiently.
My strenght point as: time management, comunication skill, teamwork skill, self learning, leadership and ability under pressure of hight workload and time . I believe that I am suitable with this position.
