Introduction and working experience:

I have currently worked as Sales Manager in GS Lubricants Vietnam Co., ltd since July 2017

– Responsible for managing my team in terms of seeking potential customers, taking care current customers.
– Established new customer network to selling Lubricant products to Industrial fields
(transformer factories, Plastic injection factories, electric equipment factories,
Hydraulic fields …)
– Responsible for approaching small customers (car garages…) to selling engine and other oils.
– Responsible for negotiating contract: import, pricing, payment conditions, delivery …
– Responsible for monitoring market price, competitors movements, estimating demand.

Results during 6 months:
Sold: 700 drums of lubricants equal to about 140 tons

June 2008 – June 2017:
I worked as maketing/sales representative for Vietnam Float Glass company (VFG) –
Joint Venture between Vietnam and Japan since 2008.
VFG is one of subsidiary companies of NSG Pilkington Group specializes in Construction Glass
Industry worldwide. VFG has been number one construction glass manufacturer and supplied high quality float glass material for construction field in Vietnam since 1999.

Working experience:
Distributor channel (B2B):
I am in charge of managing direct sales activities of high quality construction glass material in assigned region through network of Distributors in order to achieve sales KPI as well as company business target.

– I am responsible for monitoring and analysing construction glass market information regarding supply/demand, market pirce, market trends.
– Develop close relationship with customers, frequently visit and listen to customer’s requirements, feedbacks in order to improving the quality of products and services.
– Monitor activities and analysing movement of competitors including domestic and oversea competitors in order to find out suitable countermeasures.
– Forecast market demand, make sales plan, negotiatie price, cost, delivery with customers and encourage customers to achieve Monthly/ Quarterly Sales targets.
Collect debt, manage customer’s credit.
– Update profiles of customers, seek potential customers such as wholesalers, processors, fabricators, glaziers in construction material field.
– Report to marketing Manager/Director, propose sales policies
– Support sales/marketing team, share and dicuss practice, countermeasures with colleagues.

RECORD:
– Established close relationship and maintained sale performance with the biggest construction glass processor (Hai Long company) in Vietnam:
In 2011, I recommended HaiLong company to signing sale contract with VFG, and then Hai Long became VFG’s Distributor. I was directly in charge of and proposed sale policies for Hai Long company.
2012 – 2014 sales volume of Hai Long company increased dramatically from 800 tons/month to 1,600 tons/month. In 2015, sales volume of Hai Long reached highest level among building glass processors in the North market of Vietnam.
Currently, HaiLong company became biggest building glass processor in Vietnam market, sales volume reached approximately 3,000 tons/month.

– Sales volume rose stably in provincial markets
Through market survey and in-depth analysis, I proposed suitble sale policies for market of provinces, therefore company supplied building glass material stably and market share increased gradually.
Sales volume of wholesalers in BacNinh province increased from 1,200 tons/month to
1,800 tons/month.
Sales volume of wholesalers in QuangNinh province increased from 1,000 tons/month to 1,600 tons/month.

Construction Project field (B2C):
– Be responsible for contacting with main contractors such as: Coteccons,
Vinaconex, Hoa Binh, Cofico, Lotte, GS …, architectural consultants such as:
VNCC, Architype, Archipel, CDC, TTAS, PTW, P&T …, project owners to offering high-performance building glass products, as well as collecting project information.
– Be responsible for enquiring project information regarding progress of project, specifications, requirements of project.
– Be responsible for consulting with contractors, architectural consultants, project owners in order to selecting suitable glass products ensure specifications, architectural requirements.
– Be responsible for contacting with processors and fabricators such as: EW, TID,
CAG, Viet Duc, Phi Kha, Quan Dat, Sinh Nam … in order to negotiating contract, price, delivery, progress …
The list of big projects which I and my team succeeded in selling building glass products in Vietnam market:
– In 2013: I sold 14,000 Sqm of reflective glass product of NSG Pilkington (from
Malaysia) to Mo Commercial Center project in Ha Noi.
– In 2014: I sold 24,000 Sqm of low-e glass product of NSG Pilkington (from Japan) to
ThangLong number 1 Project in Hanoi.
– In 2015: I sold 24,000 Sqm of low-e glass product of NSG Pilkington (from America) to Ministry of Diplomacy project in Hanoi.
– In 2016: I sold 23,000 Sqm of low-e glass product of NSG Pilkington (from America) to 108 Hospital Project in Hanoi.
– In 2016: I sold 6,000 Sqm of low-e glass product of NSG Pilkington (from America) to
Bureau of Statistic project in Hanoi.
– In 2017: I sold 8,000 Sqm of reflective glass product of NSG Pilkington (from
America) to Thainguyen Commercial Center Project in Thainguyen province.

I coordinated with experts from USA, Japan, India in oder to periodically organizing seminars regarding topics: Green Building, Energy Saving in Building …
