• Perform failure analysis on all test found out.

• I managed 13 team leader and 6 technicians. For each Line leader control from 15 to 30 workers.
• Completed production plan.
• Resolve and guide Leader or technician issues arising from the production line.
• Analysis find out root cause on each process affect to product failure.
• Manage machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Combined with inventories of finished products from RFTech to serve export India .
• Set up and edit a number of technical documents related to the laser printer and the check sheet content of the leader.
• Monitoring repair and assembly production line maintenance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Test Yield improvement at FCT.
• Responsible for the Test Process Cycle and improvement.
• Responsible for the Test downtime improvement.
• Resolve and guide test technician solve issues arising from the production FCT test line.
• Resolve test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
• Analysis all defect from FQA to find out root cause on each process affect to product failure.
• Work with Test HQ team and Customer to resolve the test issue, test yield from test improvement stand point.
• Manage the tester/test equipment spare part inventory.
• Confirm and to carry out the testing and deployment of products transfer.
• Assess the requirement for Test Hardware & Software for NPI.
• Perform new tester qualification, new tester, equipment, fixture buyoff and GR&R before release to production.
• Coordinate tester and test fixture preventive maintenance and calibration according to the schedule with test technician, customer or third party calibration.
• Generate the work instruction, test procedure and preventive maintenance procedure.
• Trains and instruct test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software.

• Good Knowledge with debugging tool such as Multimeter, LCR meter, Oscilloscope.
• Skill writing test work intruction and procedure.
• Team work spirit and independent working.
• Computer Proficient (Microsoft Offices, internet…) and knowledge Linux/Unix system.
