2015 – Present: Finance and Planning Department at Hoai Duc District People’s
Committee
Role: Working at Planning Devision (as yearly staff but not an Official)
Making the annual capital plan for building projects in Hoai Duc
Collecting, keeping track and monitoring their process, including the disbursement in order to compare with the singed documents.
Directly being in charge of basic construction investment activities in 03/20 communes (there are 20 members in our team) such as: advising documents, decisions related to investment activities for each project in the communes I am in charge of. They are documents for investment policy, bidding plan, settlement and etc.
Giving some advice to deal with issues related the investment of projects in the communes
Making reports assigned by the Board.

Role: Billing staff
Planning tasks:
Keeping track, planning and managing the cargo trucking from Noibai Airport to
ALSB
Finding out the reasons for some irregular issues, then solving them
Other tasks involving in improving service quality
Especially being in charge of hand-carried shipments, including: getting information from Planning team and Customs team, contacting with related people and ensuring them to be delivered safely.
Billing tasks:
Collecting detailed information about the shipments and some irregular problems
Calculating correctly all fees for each shipment
Double checking, confirming and making payment request.
Other tasks:
A member of External Management Project team, the project aiming at improving external management tools, especially re-building the payroll for each position; including: building up the job description for each position, doing surveys, supporting to recalculate the payroll and etc. for all positions in company, and I am in charge of tasks in Operation Department.
