* Receveing tech pack, sample from buyer then making the cost break down, submitting to manager to get approval then working with buyer for final price.
* Working with buyer to develope samples as buyer’s request from development to PP sample till get the order confirmation
* For samples, closing contact with & receving comment from buyer to instruct factories how to do, adjust & remake samples if necessary
* Once getting order confirmation, making Tna then working with factory for capacity, delivery date confirmation
* Communicating with buyer for clearing & approving material samples/ sample before production.
* Input all order’s information into Company’s system.
* Preparing document as translate buyer’s comment, teck pack, size spec, sample… to production team
* Making balance sheet and stock plans then purchasing raw materials for the order.
* Issueing all purchasing orders then working with supplier. Follow with supplier to get materials ontime
* Monitoring inventory with factory
* Planning budgets at the beginning of each season and submit to Director
* Tracking in/out of materials. Claim supplier in case of delay, late delivery and quality problems.
* Making the payment application for material purchasing.
* Working with factories about material consumption, sewing technique, how to iron, fold, pack garment & delivery in time
* Working closely with technique depts to find the best way of garment technology then suggest to buyer or give intrustion to production later
* Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays.
* Continuosly chasing of material balance, tracking in/out material with processing factories.
* Checking product of beginning production line – in case not correct, work with factory to adjust, revise immediately to avoid problem for the whole order
* Following daily production report, ensure meeting the shipment date.
* Working with buyer’s QA/QC for in-line & final inspection
* Reporting mananger about quality & arrising problems daily

* Setting up office environment, from looking for office space to setting up filing systems and other admin processes.
