– Develop QA&QC procedure, checklist for construction sector
– Review and setup quality inspection categories for each of works (materials, procurement, construction).
– Develop and review all method statement relating to construction works.
– Writing QA&QC plan for site and for execution.
– Building Quality plan for ITP requirements.
– Conduct quality management and quality internal audit, ensure NCR(s) is closed at internal planned and corrective action to be finalized.
