– Issue Field inspection report on the completion of an inspection.
This report has to be countersigned by the client or his representative present at the site if any.
– Comply with security and safety procedure.
– Maintenance company’s facilities/ equipment for inspection purpose by daily and periodically.
– Assist Inspector in inspection processes (safety valve, gas cylinder and pressure tank…).Carry out visual inspecion to check in compliance with TCVN or manufacturer standard and hydraulic test, leaking test, deformation test… for all pressure equipment.
– Send all relevant documents, samples, cameras, photos, expenses, etc… soon after completion of the inspection to the inspection section supervisor.
